AMCA has been developing and producing proportional load-pressure-independent control valves of outstanding quality for the past 60 years. Our products are the reliable beating heart of hydraulic machines and systems throughout the world. They find their way to end customers and OEMs in a wide array of industrial segments. We have a wide range available. AMCA supplies proportionally regulated control valves for flows of 1 to 1,000 l/min and in NEN widths of 10, 16, 22 and 32 mm.
‘State of excellence’
Engineering is the power behind AMCA. We are a relatively small-scale but highly specialised manufacturer who has raised proportional hydraulic control to a ‘state of excellence’. Our hydraulic know-how makes us the ideal partner for developing customer-specific proportional control valves. We develop and produce these ‘specials’ in-house in quantities ranging from one to several thousand. We also offer a comprehensive range of standard control valves that can be modularly configured for numerous applications. AMCA has its own R&D facilities. All of our proportional load-pressure-independent hydraulic control valves – from ‘specials’ to standard types – are thoroughly checked in our own test department.
Short communication lines; fast service
As engineers, we know what we’re talking about. Our customers see the added value of this, because in our pursuit of excellent performance and reliability, we look further than our own control valve technology. With our know-how, we can offer our customers thorough advice on optimising their hydraulic machines and systems. This method is embedded in our DNA; we care about our clients. We work with commitment and enthusiasm to solve their hydraulic issues. We do so by deploying state-of-the-art control valve technology and ensuring short communication lines with direct personal contact. After all, that’s what AMCA is all about: we are a relatively small but very flexible and effective organisation. You can see this from our swift quotations, engineering and delivery. Moreover, we offer a global network for service and parts through our Build Programme. AMCA belongs to the XCMG Group, one of the world’s largest machine-building manufacturers.
